Returns and Exchanges

How do I return an item?
 
Due to the nature of our business once order is placed there are NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS. THERE IS A $25 USD FEE PER BUNDLE TO CHANGE. NO REFUNDS. Exchanges are only available within 3 days of signature.
 
We strongly encourage you to check you order upon arrival and before installing. We will not exchange any item that has been colored or altered from its natural state. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or band, or processed) in any way. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees.
Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. No refunds will be permitted. You must send the product back to us in order to process the exchange. In order to process an exchange the unwanted product would need to be sent back using our address. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused, in its original condition we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value.
We will only exchange an item that may be defective ; NO COLOR, INCHES or CHANGE OF MIND will be accepted. If there is a problem with the order you must contact us within the 3 day period. There are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS once this time period has passed. You must contact us VIA EMAIL @ theessenceofhairllc@gmail.com ONLY!!!!
To proceed in the exchange process you may need to submit pictures and other info. Product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and/or insurance to protect your package. All extra insurance or packaging other than flat rate priority ,express envelope, or padded is at the customer expense. Merchandise must be physically received before an exchange can be granted. We will pay the return shipping if item is exchanged back to you. Exchange will only be grated for the original order. Hair Honeys will thoroughly inspect the product, upon verification of the problem we will bear the cost to send out a product replacement. Exchange process could take 7-10days from start to finish. If no problem with the product is evident, we will send the item(s) in question back to the customer without an exchange of product.
 
Please note: Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, all refund and exchange policies are voided.
